I am Ifat Noreen, founder of ShiftAi Systems Ltd. Before building AI governance systems I spent nine years in computational science research at the University of Southampton, on an AMD-sponsored project developing molecular simulation algorithms for drug discovery, running on high-performance computing clusters as far away as Japan. In that world, a result nobody can reproduce does not count. I hold AI-assisted decisions in banks to the same standard: if it cannot be reconstructed and evidenced, it is not governed.
We do not sell software licences or retainer contracts. Engagements start with a fixed-scope readiness assessment, and builds are handed over completely: your compliance team gets a system they can explain to the FCA, and your engineering team gets code they understand and can maintain.
