What is the catch? Why would you do this for free?

There is no catch. ShiftAi Systems Ltd is built around AI for regulated UK financial services, and I want to extend that expertise to organisations working in financial inclusion who could not otherwise access it. This programme is also part of my own professional development as a registered member of the Anthropic Partner Network. Both things are true at once.

Will our data be used to train an AI model or shared with anyone?

No. Any system built runs on your own infrastructure or a private environment you control, not ShiftAi's systems. A mutual NDA is signed before any internal documents or data are shared. Nothing is used to train any AI model.

How much time and involvement does this require from our team?

This varies by project, but most engagements start with a single 45 minute call to understand your situation, followed by a short scoped piece of work. Nothing is open-ended, and the scope is agreed with you before any work begins.

What happens if it does not work out, or we are not happy with it?

There is no cost and no obligation at any stage. If a proposed solution is not the right fit, we will say so honestly. You are free to stop at any point.

Will this be used in your portfolio or marketing?

Occasionally, with your agreement. Some projects from this programme may be referenced as case studies in ShiftAi's portfolio. We will always ask first, and nothing is published without your explicit consent.

Are you regulated or insured to do this kind of work?

ShiftAi Systems Ltd is a registered UK company (Company No. 15487606) and a registered member of the Anthropic Partner Network. All work is scoped narrowly, with a human at the organisation reviewing and approving any outputs before they are relied upon. A written agreement covering scope and responsibilities is provided for every engagement.
